Hello, my name is Gail Kendall and I am a Certified Life Coach and Vision Board Facilitator. I am a graduate of the Adler School of Professional Coaching and it is my privilege to be a member of the Kew Beach Naturopathic Clinic Team.

What Is a Life Coach?

Life coaches provide the incentive and direction their clients need to improve their careers, relationships, and lives. They help clients to:

  • Hone in on their skills and ambitions.
  • Refocus their life’s goals.
  • Overcome obstacles that stand in the way of achieving goals.
  • Gain focus to work toward a permanent life goal or project

What I enjoy most about my practice is seeing the shift in my client’s lives. People come to coaching for a variety of reasons. Some of their specific goals remain the same, and on occasion, they can change as we both move forward in the relationship.

I once had a client, who was very specific about what issues he wanted to work toward. He was returning to school to obtain his Masters and he wanted to work toward furthering his career.

By our third visit, and after we had created more focus and balance with his schooling and career, the coaching sessions shifted to relationships. There was a clear and present situation going on that he was aware of, but had no idea on how to deal with or progress through.

Through a number of sessions, I challenged him with thought provoking questions and homework and in no time, he had come to the conclusion that proved to be the best for him.

If you are looking for more balance and fulfillment in life, then please contact me for a complimentary consultation and see where Life Coaching can be of benefit to you.
